How to Apply

Three simple steps

1. Visit us

Schedule a tour of our campus at 7935 Swarner Dr. Meet the teachers, see the classrooms, and ask anything. Tours take about an hour and are offered weekday mornings.

2. Complete enrollment paperwork

Fill out the student application and enrollment agreement. It is short - we keep formalities light so the focus stays on your child.

3. Submit records & start

Provide the standard records below and we will welcome your child to their classroom. Most families finish the whole process within a week.

What we need from you

For every student

  • Birth certificate or other proof of age
  • Up-to-date immunization record (Kansas requirements)
  • Student application form
  • Enrollment agreement, signed by a parent or guardian
  • Enrollment fee (amount shared during your tour)

For students entering grades 1-5

  • Records from any previous school (report cards or transcript)
  • Any support plans or evaluations the family wishes to share
  • Proof of residency - a simple utility bill or lease is plenty

We are happy to work with families on records; nothing about this needs to feel stressful.
